When will my order be shipped?
When you have ordered a "Pre-Order" Item, your complete order will be shipped on the Expected Delivery date (which is mentioned on the products page at the bottom).
If you haven't ordered a "Pre-Order" Item your order will leave the warehouse on the next Friday.
If you want to have a "Pre-Order" Item but also want other items and you want those other items earlier, just place a seperate order.
I don't have Paypal or a Creditcard but I would like to order something, what can I do?
Just leave a message in the contact section and we will try to get back to you asap and we will find a solution.
Would it be possible for Tim Vantol to sign my order?
That shouldn't be a problem! Just leave a comment in the Checkout Section at "Notes and Instructions".
When Tim is on Tour and you want a signature your order might get delayed.

We have flatrate shipping costs: Germany 6,- / Europe 15,- / World 25,-
I would like to return my order is this possible?
Yes, it is possible to return your order (or a part) of the order within 30 days. Exceptions: Products with a signature, Tickets, Damaged (by you) products, incomplete products or products with a Download code where the download code has been used. The costs for the return are to be paid for by You. Please contact us (in the Contact section) for the adress before returning the products.

Wann wird meine Bestellung verschickt?
Wenn du einen „Pre-Order“-Artikel bestellt hast, wird deine gesamte Bestellung am voraussichtlichen Lieferdatum verschickt (dieses findest du ganz unten auf der Produktseite).
Wenn du keinen „Pre-Order“-Artikel bestellt hast, wird deine Bestellung am nächsten Freitag aus dem Lager versendet.
Wenn du einen „Pre-Order“-Artikel und andere Artikel bestellen möchtest – und die anderen Artikel früher brauchst – gib bitte zwei getrennte Bestellungen auf.
Ich habe kein PayPal oder keine Kreditkarte, möchte aber trotzdem etwas bestellen. Was kann ich tun?
Schreibe uns einfach über das Kontaktformular, und wir melden uns so schnell wie möglich bei dir. Wir finden sicher eine Lösung.
Ist es möglich, dass Tim Vantol meine Bestellung signiert?
Das sollte kein Problem sein! Hinterlasse einfach einen Kommentar im Checkout-Bereich unter „Anmerkungen und Hinweise“.
Wenn Tim auf Tour ist und du eine Signatur möchtest, kann sich der Versand deiner Bestellung etwas verzögern.

Wir haben Pauschalpreise für den Versand:
Deutschland: 6 € / Europa: 15 € / Weltweit: 25 €
Ich möchte meine Bestellung zurückgeben – ist das möglich?
Ja, du kannst deine Bestellung (oder einen Teil davon) innerhalb von 30 Tagen zurückgeben.
Ausnahmen: Produkte mit Signatur, Tickets, beschädigte (durch dich) Produkte, unvollständige Produkte oder Produkte mit einem genutzten Download-Code.
Die Rücksendekosten musst du selbst tragen. Bitte kontaktiere uns vorher über das Kontaktformular, um die Rücksendeadresse zu erhalten.
